Our client sought to understand how to sustain the longevity of engagement with their core franchise after their most recent movie release, and opportunities to extend reach beyond the core audience.

We used a mixed methodology to fully understand the engagement journey, franchise relationship and merchandise potential. This included an extensive online community, home observations and mums’ coffee mornings.

This study has fed directly into the development of our clients’ brand marketing, merchandise and content strategy.
